Product Introduction    

GLF04 glycosylated steviol glycosides is also called enzyme modified steviasteviol glycosides was extracted from stevia Rebaudian A as raw material. The glucose group was transferred from maltodextrin to steviol glycosides through thecatalysis of glucosyl transferase. The process does not use any solvents orprocessing aids not approved for use in food processing enzyme treatments canproduce multiple glucosylated steviol glycosides ( morethan-20 ), which can be used as food flavors in food additives except the ones in GB2760-2014, chart b.1 )

From the diagram, we can see: under 200ppm solution, the sweeteness of Reb-A is increasing, while the bitterness is noticeably increasing from 200ppm and above. For Reb-M and Reb-D, the bitterness is hardly noticeable even above 300ppm, the sweetness keeps increasing.
