    甜菊糖苷和莱鲍迪苷Reb-A 

    甜菊糖苷是一种四环二萜类物,天然的甜菊糖苷有很多种,按照天然干叶中的含量多少,可以分为Stevioside, Rebaudioside A(简写为Reb-A,莱鲍迪苷),Rebaudioside C(Reb-C), Dulcoside A(杜克儿苷)等。其中Reb-A是综合口感最好的一种。

            从分子结构式上

            Reb-A比Stv多一个葡萄糖基,因此Reb-A的口感比起Stv,有更饱满的甜味,更少的余味和后苦味。


          从生产过程看       甜叶菊干叶提取的粗糖,包含有比例不等的    STV和Reb-A,还有大约10%的其他天然物质。  通过天然食用酒精溶解和树脂分离,我们可以进  一步生产出总苷含量更高,Reb-A含量更高的精  制甜菊糖苷。        


            纯净的高含量Reb-A为白色结晶粉末,大约是200~300倍蔗糖的甜度。是一种0卡高倍植物甜味剂。口感接近蔗糖,更少的后苦味。自从2008年Reb A 97规格在美国上市以后,已成为甜菊糖苷最主流的规格。可以广泛是用在减糖的Reb A 97饮料,食品,酱菜等大量使用领域。

            为客户降低成本为客户降低成本一直是兴化格林的追求。在一些甜味要求不太高的使用场景中,如腌渍食品,麻辣食品中,我们也推出总苷95%,Reb-A含量60%的规格。如果使用过程中,采用与糖醇,三氯蔗糖等其他甜味剂复合使用,甜菊糖苷在其中的加剂量小于90ppm,我们也推荐较为经济的SG95RA60规格。
