           国标甜菊糖苷标准【点击下载】升级啦! 

            从2023年开始,国内的甜菊糖苷要求的总苷含量,从85%(w/w)提升到了90%。这和国内甜菊糖产业水平不断发展相适应,更是满足减糖食品、饮料开发不断提高的完美甜味口感要求。

            甜菊糖苷是一种四环二萜类物,天然的甜菊糖苷有很多种,按照天然干叶中的含量多少,可以分为Stevioside, Rebaudioside A(简写为Reb-A,莱鲍迪苷),Rebaudioside C(Reb-C), Dulcoside A(杜克儿苷)等。总苷数量国标要求为不低于90%。俗称ST90(或者SG90)。


           甜菊糖苷是一种天然植物甜味剂。优质的国  标ST90甜菊糖苷呈白色粉末状结晶。甜度为蔗糖的200到300倍。高含量的甜菊糖苷,能够有效消除其他植物杂质,如黄酮,多酚带来的苦感,带  来更爽口的甜味。        


            国标ST90的甜菊糖苷和其他规格甜菊糖苷相比,具有更优越的经济性,价格只有甜菊糖苷Reb A规格的二分之一。在绝大多数需要复配甜味剂的情况下,国标ST90甜菊糖苷已经足够提供爽口的甜味。因其高倍甜度,亦可为生产企业降低成本。国标ST90甜菊糖苷,在同等蔗糖甜度下,成本仅为蔗糖的20%。并且零卡路里。


           目前国内使用国标ST90甜菊糖苷较多的领域为麻辣食品、腌渍食品(含槟榔)、炒货、酱菜等,在和其他甜味剂配伍时,如复配甜蜜素,三氯蔗糖时,可以组成更接近与蔗糖的完美甜度曲线,广泛用于各类饮料,乳制品当中。        


            国标ST90甜菊糖苷自身带有轻微的后苦味。若添加量较大,提供甜度较高(蔗糖等甜度>3%)时,我们建议选用更高规格的甜菊糖苷规格,如Reb-A97系列,甚至高端RM和RD系列,不带入后苦味,具备更完美的甜感。
